Welcome Reception

Friday the 31st of March
On the first evening we will have a Welcome Reception for all guests. This will be canapes and drinks a great way to celebrate coming together after 4 long years! Meet us at 5.00 PM on the Level 2 Terrace at the Hilton Resort & Spa.

Partners Day Out!

Saturday the 1st of April
For our partners it will be a day of pampering and sightseeing in Queenstown.

Please meet at 10.30 AM at the Hilton Resort & Spa for a High Tea. After Morning Tea you will be taken on the greatest sight-seeing ride of Queenstown! Following this we have a Paint and Sip afternoon at a secret location.

Gala Dinner

Saturday the 1st of April
Our 2023 Conference Gala Dinner Theme is “Happy Days”.

Come dressed in your best 50’s – 60’s inspired attire and get ready for a night of fun, laughter and dancing.

Drinks and canapes served from 6.00 PM – Level 2 Terrace, Hilton Resort & Spa.

Closing Breakfast

Sunday the 2nd of April
We will close the Event with a Breakfast for all guests in the Milford Room Double Tree at 9.00 – 11.00 AM. 

If you are departing on this day please make sure that you have checked out prior to Breakfast.
