Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing to president@aads.com.au by the 16th January 2024. This is for registrations only and doesn’t not include flight and accommodation fees which may not be able to be reimbursed by respective suppliers. After this date there will be no refunds. Special considerations may be made for other cancellations requested after this day on a case by case basis. Cancellation Administration fees apply.
